Some people just have a calm confidence about them — the kind that makes teams stronger and clients feel instantly at ease. That’s Andrew. Laid-back but driven, thoughtful but efficient, he’s the kind of person who shows up, follows through, and quietly makes big things happen.
With a degree in Marketing from Western Kentucky University, Andrew has spent the past decade building brands and partnerships across sports, food, and retail. Most recently, he led marketing and licensing strategy for some of the most iconic names in the game — Cinnabon, Auntie Anne’s, Jamba, and more — bringing hundreds of products to life in retail, foodservice, and beyond. Along the way, he’s partnered with brands like Subway, Taco Bell, Keurig/Dr Pepper, and General Mills, playing a central role in high-impact launches across the grocery aisle and restaurant menus alike.
Professionally, he’s a steady hand — organized, relationship-focused, and unflappable, even when there are a dozen moving pieces. He believes in staying curious, getting the work done, and celebrating wins with the team. Personally? He’s into good food, good wine, concerts, travel, and any excuse to be around friends and family. Fitness these days is less pickup basketball and more “intentional movement” (as his wife calls it), but he’ll still take the court if the game’s right.
All in all, Andrew brings the best of both worlds — structure and strategy, with a laid-back energy that makes him easy to work with and easy to trust. We’re glad to have him on our team. You will be, too.
