Senior Account Manager

A Senior Account Manager reports to the Senior Vice President of Client Services.  S/he assists in client management responsibilities and oversees the client’s licensee program portfolio.   A Senior Account Manager’s responsibilities include:

– Assists in developing licensing strategies for Clients/Brand Owners

– Develop deep brand knowledge to carry a brand’s essence, visual identity, and quality standards through all aspects of product development

– Manage the Client’s product development and approval processes 

– Develop an understanding of the needs of the Licensee, Client/Brand Owner and Retailer, and serve as a liaison between Client and Licensee

– Maintain licensee files and track submissions in IMC’s database

– Manage regular communication with Clients and Licensees. 

– Manage quarterly royalty reporting procedures including communication with licensees regarding sales submissions and payment collection, sales analysis, and reporting to Clients

– Project management for special creative projects: style guides, brand standards, licensee summits, portfolio compilations, etc.

– Collaborate with other IMC Licensing professionals, including updates on product development and submission issues, visual asset review, and making recommendations for improvement of materials and procedures

– Maintain knowledge of the current industry, category and licensing trends, specifically as it relates to product development and quality assurance issues

– Research within the licensing industry and potential brand extension categories for our Clients

– Design/create PowerPoint presentations, product concept mock-ups, and sales decks

Location/Schedule

IMC is a remote-friendly company and looking to find the best candidate for this position.  While based in Louisville, KY, we understand many qualified candidates are located beyond our city limits and we are open to a remote-working location.  This is a full-time position.
